Les Diamants Rouges currently ships only within the United States.

 

Processing Times

Each order is made to order.
Processing takes 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery time: 5 to 9 business days after shipment

• This is the only shipping method available at the moment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the season (holidays, high demand, weather conditions, etc.).

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can track your package at any time.

 

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If the address is incorrect, we cannot offer a free reshipment.

 

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the delivery date.
