Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal convenience, such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any modification requested after order confirmation.

Refunds
In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error in order processing, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. To initiate this process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
